Yes. You can keep your existing landline telephone number when transferring to Fibre2air.
You can choose to upgrade your plan at any time and it’s free of charge. Simply log into My Account and with a few clicks you can upgrade your plan or change it to a bundle.
Absolutely, if you want to bundle your phone with a broadband service, give us a call on 1300 234 273 and we’ll be able to add a broadband service to your existing account
Priority Assistance is a service for residential customers who have (or have an individual at their residence who has been) diagnosed with a life threatening medical condition. This service feature is designed to provide the highest level of service available, at any time, in the event of a service failure. Unfortunately, at this time, Fibre2air cannot offer Priority Assistance. We therefore recommend that you take this into consideration when proceeding with an application.
  • Standard relocation to an existing line: $59 for the first service and $59 for each additional service connected at the same time.
  • Relocation which requires a technician visit: $125; and $75.50 for each additional service connected at the same time.
  • Relocation which requires a brand-new line: $299; and $179 for each additional service connected at the same time.
Yes, you will receive an email conformation once your number has been successfully moved to fibre2air.
Once the copper lines have been disconnected in your area, your copper Home Phone Service will stop working. If you want to use your Home Phone, you’ll have to switch to nbnTM and use alternative options such as a voice over internet (VoIP) service for your home phone.
